We Buy Houses in Minneapolis is now accepting inquiries. If you own a property in Minneapolis and you’re wondering whether an as-is sale makes sense, you can reach out today and talk with me directly. Here’s a little about why we started, who I am, and what you can expect.

Why We Started

The idea behind this business is simple. When owning a property no longer fits your plans, the next step should be understandable. That might be an inherited house with years of belongings inside, a rental that needs more maintenance than it’s worth, or a home that needs repairs before a move. In each case, people tell me the hardest part is not knowing what their options really are, or what’s behind the numbers they’re hearing.

So our promise is practical: listen to your priorities, explain how the property is evaluated, and put the terms in writing. A condo, a duplex, and a detached house can raise very different questions, even in the same neighborhood. The starting point is always the actual property and the person selling it.

Meet Ryan Quade

I grew up in Shoreview and attended Summit Academy, so the Twin Cities have always been home. I’m the named contact for this business, which means when you send an inquiry, it comes to me, and I’m responsible for answering it. I also own rental property, so I understand what it’s like to manage tenants, turnovers, and repair calls.

You can read more on my about page, including how I describe my role in each transaction.

Situations We Review

We review a range of situations across Minneapolis, subject to our buying criteria:

What We Will and Won’t Promise

I’d rather be upfront about this than overpromise.

What we will do:

  • Review your property’s condition, occupancy, and comparable sales
  • Explain how the offer is built, without a blanket percentage formula
  • Put the price, the contractual buyer, seller-paid costs, and contingencies in writing
  • Tell you honestly if listing with an agent looks like the better fit

What we won’t do:

  • Guarantee a closing date before reviewing the property
  • Promise to stop a foreclosure or protect your credit
  • Give legal, tax, or probate advice
  • Show reviews, statistics, or credentials we don’t have

We’re a new business, so you won’t see a wall of testimonials here yet. You’ll see our standards instead, and you can hold us to them.

How the process works

Inquiry, a conversation with me, a property evaluation, document review, a written offer, your decision, and closing coordination through a title company. Our guide on how it works explains each step and who is responsible for what.

Neighborhood Directory and Seller Guides

We’ve also published a Minneapolis neighborhood directory and a library of seller guides covering topics like the Minneapolis Truth in Sale of Housing evaluation, selling during probate, rental licensing, vacant building registration, and comparing a cash offer with listing. They’re free to read, and they cite official City of Minneapolis and Hennepin County sources where rules apply.

Ready to talk about your property? Request a cash offer and I’ll explain whether it fits and what an offer would depend on. No obligation.
